Abstract:针对当前安全阀离线检测技术在实际应用中的不足之处,研制了新型安全阀在线检测装置,以为离线校验的一种有效补充.该技术和装置集安全阀技术、爆破片技术和计算机控制技术的优越性于一身,延长了安全阀的使用寿命,也解决了安全阀的泄漏问题,具有携带方便、检测结果准确、可靠、检测依据充纷、记录完整、检测过程不影响装置的正常运行等特点.
