液化气体储罐受热的应力分析及失效预测

Abstract:为了研究液化气体储罐在受热侵袭下的失效模式,本文建立了储罐受热过程的有限元分析模型,以计算流体力学(CFD)模拟获得的储罐内压和储罐壁温的热响应趋势为载荷条件,对侧壁受热的立式液化气体储罐进行了热应力分析和失效预测.研究发现储罐壁面温度总体呈上高下低的趋势,气液相壁面之间的温度差明显大于气相壁面内部和液相壁面内部的温度差;受温差应力的影响,在储罐气相壁面和液相壁面的交界处综合应力最大,此处的储罐壁最先发生失效.
