管道内障碍物条件下预混火焰传播过程数值模拟

Abstract:为理解障碍对爆炸火焰传播的加速机理,本文建立了预混燃烧模型,对密闭管道内设置障碍物条件下预混甲烷-空气爆炸进行了三维数值模拟,着重分析了障碍物对火焰变形、火焰加速以及流场的影响;模拟结果表明,障碍物的存在改变了火焰阵面前的流场,火焰越过障碍物时,最大火焰速度达到50m·s-1,约为没有障碍物时的2.5倍;研究内容揭示了障碍物条件下火焰加速机理.
