气瓶水压爆破试验装置关键硬件的选择

Abstract:　　根据国家新颁布的GB/T 15385-2011《气瓶水压爆破试验方法》，开发气瓶水压爆破试验装置。针对新的气瓶水压爆破试验方法的要求，对压力源选择、气瓶水压变形量、试验压力的测试方法进行分析与比较，确定满足精度要求、方便可行的硬件。优选试验设备与测试方法，以三柱塞高压水泵为压力源，电子天平计量泵打入气瓶的进水量，用工控机＋A/D卡测量压力并配备相应的程序，建立试验装置。试验表明，所开发的装置较好地满足了试验要求。
