粉煤灰和废玻璃制备高强复合陶粒的试验研究

Abstract: 以粉煤灰和废玻璃为主要原料,辅以粘结剂和造孔剂等添加剂,烧制了高强复合陶粒.研究了不同配合比和不同焙烧制度等对陶粒性能的影响,得到了制备高强复合陶粒的合适工艺条件.试验结果表明,在一定工艺条件下,所制得的高强复合陶粒的筒压强度可达9.9 MPa,堆积密度为947 kg/m3,1h吸水率为3.6%;X射线衍射和扫描电镜分析表明,在焙烧粉煤灰和废玻璃的过程中生成了大量影响陶粒强度的非晶态凝胶相,内部产生了大量均匀气孔.
