低速二冲程双燃料船用主机气缸润滑油自燃引发不正常燃烧问题的研究

Abstract: 介绍了低速二冲程双燃料船用主机的发展现状,指出气缸润滑油自燃引发不正常燃烧是限制其平均有效压力Pme提高的关键因素.研究表明:双燃料主机气缸油自燃引发不正常燃烧的内因有两方面:主机结构特征及工作特性,气缸油破碎、蒸发及自燃特性;而主机工况条件、引燃喷射正时等控制参数、过量空气系数、预混合气均匀度、气缸油消耗率、气缸套表面状况等外因,则是气缸油自燃的触发条件.建议在此基础上开展低速二冲程双燃料船用主机的研发工作.
