Abstract: 通过在中速船用柴油机喷油泵柱塞套上开设调压孔,以实现降低NOx排放的靴型喷油规律.以某中速大功率船用柴油机为原型,对比三种喷油规律,采用AVL BOOST软件对柴油机的推进特性的E3循环进行了模拟研究.结果表明:在油耗增加和功率下降都不超过3%的条件下,单独采用调压孔式柱塞喷油Boot2系统可使加权NOx排放值下降17%;采用调压孔式柱塞Boot2喷油系统及可变喷油正时技术可使加权NOx排放值下降35%.
