低速二冲程发动机气缸润滑油蒸发特性

Abstract: 针对气缸油液滴自燃引发双燃料机不正常燃烧的问题,本文应用挂滴式蒸发装置研究了气缸油和气缸油基础油液滴的蒸发特性,分析了环境温度、油滴初始直径对气缸油和基础油蒸发过程的影响规律.结果显示:在高温条件下气缸油液滴变形并爆破;气缸油的主要成分—150 BS光亮油也有明显的液滴爆破现象,而400 SN精制油无液滴爆破现象发生;气缸油液滴的生命周期与环境温度、液滴初始直径、基础油成分紧密相关,环境温度提高、液滴尺寸减小、精制油成分增加,均会缩短油滴的生命周期.
