长行程断路器操动用新型磁力机构

Abstract:为实现高压断路器的同号开断,提出一种新型磁力操动机构,它可以以较小的体积来实现大行程操动的工作.在介绍了新型磁力机构的结构后对其进行数学建模并采用 ANSYS 进行磁力线、磁感应强度、磁力和静态保持力等的仿真.研制出小型试验样机,并对该小型样机的受力和运动速度进行测试.仿真和试验表明,新型磁力机构适用于长行程断路器的操动中.
