Abstract:The university innovation team members' psychological contract is team responsibility and member responsibility perceived by the team members under the microscopic background of cooperative and interactive relationship. The specific content of bilateral responsibilities is closely related to the characteristics of university innovation teams and those of team-members, and the focus is the achievement of teams' goals and the satisfaction of members' high-level needs. Team responsibility directly influences member performance. The formation and development of psychological contract is a dynamic process under certain conditions, and some positive incentive measures should be adopted to promote the healthy development of the members' psychological contract in university innovation teams.
