Abstract: 近年来大量文献报道了沸石及其复合物气体传感器的研究和设计.该类型传感器在选择性、稳定性、灵敏度以及响应范围上均表现出了优异的特性.本文以沸石的基本特性为主线,从沸石基气体传感器的制备方法和测试手段入手,总结了近些年主流沸石基气体传感器的气敏特性和敏感机理,并对未来沸石基气体传感器的发展趋势进行了阐述.
