摘要：In this paper, we measured the technological level of export products by index of technological added value in order to analyze dynamic changes of export structure. Then to analyze the impacts of FDI technology spillover and its interaction with human capital on the dynamic changes of export structure in China, we constructed panel data model by using the sample data from 1991 to 2009. Empirical results show that FDI technology spillover and its interaction with human capital promote the amounts of exports, but don't promote the optimization of export structure, and the human capital promotes FDI technology spillover in China. Finally, we made relative suggestions on promoting optimization of export structure in China.
