过氧化氢近红外荧光探针的合成及在食品安全检测中的应用

Abstract:A hydrogen peroxide fluorescent probe TC-BOR was designed and synthesized using hemicyanine and borate as fluorophore and recognition group, respectively, and characterized by 1HNMR, 13CNMR and HRMS. The product (TC-OH) after the reaction of the probe with hydrogen peroxide could emit fluoresce at 723 nm, and the fluorescence intensity of TC-OH was 55-fold higher than that of TC-BOR. The response time was less than 7 min, and the detection limit was 2.27 μmol/L. TC-BOR was suitable for qualitative and quantitative determination of hydrogen peroxide in foods and living cells. © 2021, Editorial Office of FINE CHEMICALS. All right reserved.
