交错叶片型定位格架对SCWR堆芯子通道流动及 换热影响分析

Abstract: 数值模拟已经成为研究超临界水冷堆堆芯热工水力特性的重要工具.采用Ansys CFX模拟超临界水冷堆堆芯带交错叶片型定位格架子通道与无格架子通道的流动及换热.结果表明,堆芯子通道的流动及换热都存在周向不均性.交错叶片的导流作用在子通道内产生低压区形成涡,产生较强的二次流,这种流动会使包壳表面流体快速脱离壁面,同时会有其他位置处流体冲撞壁面,促进包壳表面热量的转移.从而有效地降低包壳温度,有利于功率的进一步提升.
