  • Abstract:

    应用基于VOF的界面跟踪方法和realizable k-ε湍流模型分析了喷嘴出口结构参数对出口液膜厚度的影响规律,并将数值结果和试验数据进行对比,证实了模型的可靠性.结果表明:在喷嘴出口处液膜以环状形式分布,中间有一空心气锥,空心气锥半径越大,液膜越薄,并且随着流量的增大,液膜的破碎长度减小;喷嘴出口扩散角越大,喷嘴出口处液膜越薄,液膜破碎长度越短;喷嘴出口直径越大,液膜破碎长度越长,但液膜厚度不稳定;喷嘴出口直管段越长,液膜破碎长度越短,但对液膜在喷嘴出口后期发展的影响不是很大.
