Abstract: 采用两步气相法制备了AlCl3/Al-MCM-41催化剂,在浆态鼓泡床反应器中考察了其催化萘和丙烯烷基化反应性能,并通过粉末X射线衍射、N2吸附-脱附、吸附吡啶红外光谱及化学分析等方法,表征了载体的物化件质及催化剂表面酸性.结果表明,在萘与丙烯的烷基化反应中,具有与2,6-二异丙基萘(2,6-DIPN)分子动力学尺寸相匹配的孔道和适当的[-O-AlCl2]担载量是提高AlCl3/Al-MCM-41催化剂活性和选择性的关键,其中以较大孔径的AlCl3/H/Al-MCM-41催化剂活性最高,在0.1MPa,85°C反应5 h时,萘转化率达82.1%,2,6-DIPN在DIPN中的摩尔含量达32.2%.
