Abstract:At present wall- mounted solar air components are widely used for heating at home and abroad. In some developed countries, like Canada, the used solar wall is a kind of Thermal Storage Wall with holes, through which the outdoor air flows and is heated, and then sent into indoor room. In this way, it plays a role in heating and air exchange at the same time. In cold areas of China, regional heating using the Conventional Energy has led to serious environmental pollution, and the outdoor air can not be directly induced into the house. The indoor air quality is poor because the solar wall component has a close air circulation. If the window is open directly, and more cold air will infiltrate, which make indoor air temperature decrease rapidly. Under such a condition, a multi-functional combined type wall- mounted solar air components has been designed. In order to make full use of the outside wall that faces south, the wall is divided into three different fields where the solar air components can fixed, including heating component, thermal storage component and fresh air preheating component. Besides the regular solar-collecting function, thermal storage component sends the heating air directly to the concrete floor used to storage heat, and fresh air preheating component preheats the outdoor air and mixes it with the cycling indoor air at the proper time. This system is similar to the primary return air system. Multi-functional solar air components match the multistoried building residential building well and the experimental results show that the heating effect and indoor air quality has been greatly improved by this technology comparing with the single heating component.
