摘要：This paper analyzes the functionality of incubator industrial base and the secondary incubation progress based on the definition of secondary incubator. And then the dynamical factors of incubator industrial base are systematically analyzed in relation to the forming and developing stages of incubator industrial base. At last it builds a model of dynamical mechanism of incubator industrial base, and moreover, the dynamical mechanism is further researched. ? 2010 IEEE.
