  • Abstract:

    钛硅分子筛TS-1/H2O2/固体吸附剂体系用于噻吩的氧化脱除,研究了吸附剂的种类和用量、双氧水的用量以及反应温度对脱硫效果的影响.吸附剂的孔容大小对吸附有重要影响.硅胶是拥有大比孔容的强极性吸附剂,吸附效果较佳.每克A型硅胶可吸附15.5mg硫.优化反应条件为:333K,TS-1 3g/L,剂油比0.04g/g,H2O2/S摩尔比为9.反应2h后硫含量降到5 μg/g以下,脱硫率达98.1%.
