以HMS为载体的汞离子荧光传感器的制备

Abstract: 以介孔分子筛HMS为载体,罗丹明B(Rh B)分子探针为客体,制备出检测Hg2+的荧光传感器(Rh B-APTES-HMS)。采用透射电镜、荧光光谱等对材料进行表征。结果表明,Rh B-APTES-HMS保持了原HMS的蠕虫状结构;Rh B-APTES-HMS在水溶液中,以内酯型螺环状结构存在,无荧光;当有Hg2+存在时,Hg2+与Rh B探针络合,导致Rh B-APTES-HMS内酰胺
