Abstract:  以介孔分子筛Ag-HMS为载体负载罗丹明B衍生物,制备出一种新的荧光增强型汞离子化学传感器HMS-Ag-R,用于水中汞离子的检测.用XRD、UV-Vis、FT-IR、TEM、N2物理吸附、荧光分光光度计和紫外/可见/近红外吸收光谱仪等技术对其进行表征和分析.结果表明:银纳米颗粒具有明显的荧光增强效应,在干扰离子(K+,Li+,Na+,Ba2+,Ca2+,Cd2+,Co2+,Cu2+,Mg2+,Mn2+,Ni2+,Pb2+和Zn2+)存在的条件下HMS-Ag-R对水中汞离子具有高灵敏度和高选择性,检测下限可达0.7ppb,并可多次再生循环使用.
