Abstract: 以十二胺(DDA)为模板剂、正硅酸乙酯为硅源、钛酸四丁酯为钛源,采用室温晶化,成功合成出含钛中孔分子筛Ti-HMS.改变合成体系的pH,制备出一系列Ti-HMS试样,以XRD、FTIR、UV-Vis对试样进行了表征,研究发现Ti-HMS合成体系的pH为10.72~10.83、HCl/SiO2摩尔比为0.02最佳.考察了Ti-HMS合成体系母液的pH随晶化时间的变化,结果表明,随晶化的进行Ti-HMS合成体系母液的pH变化不明显,HMS类中孔分子筛的晶化机理不同于微孔分子筛.
