Abstract: To solve the strong input and output coupling characteristics problem of
the nonlinear parts in the field of industrial process control,the
method was proposed in which a nonlinear model was converted into the
global linear model using the mathematical transformation in every
sampling time.Based on above, the output error changes were introduced
into the objective function and some constraints were added in the
performance index,and the positions of the actual controlled variables
were ensured by comparing the actual controlled variables with the
designed controlled variables,thus the controller can take the
corresponding actions to realize the iterative predictive control with
horizon control and multivariable constraints.Simulation results show
that the algorithm is effective and feasible.
