Abstract:In order to solve the communication problems in the heterogeneous field buses of industrial network ,a communication conversion model is proposed ,and a multi-protocol gateway is designed . For improving communication conversion efficiency ,the data mapping mechanism and the command queue method are presented ,and the communications between the process-level buses and the field-level buses are processed asynchronously .In addition ,the data updating performance of the process-level supervision device is analyzed , and the gateway is applied into the factual electrostatic precipitation supervision system .The analysis and application show that the gateway can avoid the communication conflict in case of accessing the field-level devices simultaneously ,decrease the system acquisition cycle efficiently ,and exploit the advantage of high speed communication in the process-level bus .
