基于离散状态空间方程的钢坯粗轧阶段温度控制模型

摘要:To obtain slab's temperature distribution precisely during the rough rolling process for achieving integral control of rolling and decreasing energy consumption, one-dimensional discrete-time state space equation and whole system state space equation of slab's temperature decreasing are established, which are based on the exchange theory of engineering thermal transmission knowledge. Computer simulation about the temperature change of 16 Mn steel in the process of rough rolling is carried out by using this equation. The calculation is fast and the results highly accord with the practical measurement values, so the controlling model makes the integrated controlling of slab's reheating process and rolling process feasible.
