Abstract:By using the porous media theory, a physical and mathematical model has been established for the pressure-difference precooling of tomatoes, and the solution has been obtained by making use of finite element analysis. How to define the parameters and how to divide the meshes have been analyzed as well. The result laid a foundation for studying the temperature field.
