Escherichia coli厌氧降解TNT的研究

Abstract: 本文考察了Escherichia coli在厌氧条件下对2,4,6-三硝基甲苯(trinitrotoluene,TNT)的降解,利用HPLC/MS对TNT的降解途径进行分析。结果表明,E.coli在35℃,pH5.0,外加0.5g/L葡萄糖为碳源时对TNT降解率最高。TNT的降解率随着氧化还原介体(redox mediator,RM)2-羟基-1,4-萘醌(LQ)浓度的增大而先增加后减小。通过HPLC/MS推测了E.coli降解TNT的途径,TNT首先被还原为羟氨基二硝基甲苯(HADNT),氨基二硝基甲苯(ADNT),最终转化为二氨基硝基甲苯(DANT)。
