低强度超声对Rhodotorula mucilaginosa Z1降解硝基苯的强化作用

Abstract:以Rhodotorula mucilaginosa Z1 (R.mucilaginosa Z1)对硝基苯的降解为研究对象,引入低强度超声辐照强化(25 kHz,180 W,25℃,15 min),考察超声作用对其降解能力、生长量、酶活及细胞膜通透性的影响.对于初始浓度为589.5 mg/L的硝基苯,在前8h中超声组和对照组的降解率分别为44.2%和25.4%,最终去除率都可达到90%以上,说明低强度超声可以提高生物的适应性,提高降解速率.经测定,超声组释放的粗酶较对照组增加了10%,超声组的2-氨基苯酚-1,6-双加氧酶的活性比对照组高出8.8%,说明低强度超声提高了酶活.另外,在R.mucilaginosa Z1细胞内、外,超声组的硝基苯浓度均低于对照组,初始浓度为523.8 mg/L的细胞外硝基苯浓度,超声组比对照组低8.9%,说明超声作用改变了细胞膜的通透性.
