Abstract: 我国开展公众科学素养调查已经有15年时间了.目前采用的测量指标体系存在诸多不甚完备的地方:在具体达标标准设计上主观因素过大;对"用"科学的能力测量不足;没有确定指标权重;不能区分水平等级.此外,在测量过程中也需要对抽样、调查实施和资料整理分析等问题加以关注.
