Abstract:以黄精为研究对象,采用超高压提取技术,利用单因素实验及响应面方法优化了超高压提取黄精多糖的工艺条件,以期获得较优的工艺参数,并将实验结果与传统工艺进行对比;对黄精多糖的抗氧化性进行了考察.结果表明,超高压提取黄精多糖在压力255 MPa、物料粒径40目、固液比1:17(固指物料质量,g;液指提取剂体积,mL)、保压时间9.5 min、提取温度为常温、提取剂为水的工艺条件下,多糖提取率为25.01%;而传统煎煮法在提取时间90 min、提取温度100℃的工艺条件下,多糖提取率为19.83%,表明超高压提取黄精多糖方式较为有效.当黄精多糖质量浓度为1 g/L时,其对1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)自由基的清除能力达到34.14%.
