强流脉冲电子束处理AZ91镁合金的显微结构及磨损性能变化

Abstract: 挤压态AZ91镁合金经强流脉冲电子束(HCPEB)辐照后,辐照表面出现熔坑.通过X射线衍射仪分析样品表层显微结构的变化,发现初始几次电子束脉冲轰击导致表面改性层中析出Mg17Al12相,此时样品耐磨损性能最好,磨痕深度由处理前的12.75 μm降为8.89 μm;当增加轰击脉冲次数时,Mg17Al12相消失,耐磨性能略有降低.
