Abstract:The quantitative and qualitative analyses of healthy product with Sildenafil Citrate using near infrared spectroscopy (NIR) were developed. 36 samples were analyzed using NIR. The mathematical models of quantitative and qualitative analyses were developed by principal component regression (PCA) method and scaling to the first range method, respectively. The quantitative results between HPLC and NIR were compared. The principal component regression is 4, the correlation coefficient (R2) of the training set validated by cross-validation is 99.92%, RMSECV is 31.5. The quantitative analysis models were used to determine the samples used for validation, and the average recoveries of Sildenafil Citrate was 104.8%. There is no significant difference between NIR and HPLC method. The selectivity between groups in quantitative analysis model is 4.38, and mistaken judgment rate of 18 samples is 0. This new method can be applied to quantitative and qualitative analyses of Sildenafil Citrate in healthy products.
