利用奇数碳二元酸制备透明聚酰胺的研究

Abstract: 阐述了一种制备酰胺盐的方法,同时利用所制备的酰胺盐来制备透明聚酰胺.利用生物发酵制得的奇数碳二元酸(十三烷二酸)与4,4'-二氨基二环己基甲烷(PACM)进行成盐反应,所制备的酰胺盐的产率达95%以上.利用合成的l酰胺盐制备出一种在可见光波长范围(390~760 nm)内高透明度的聚酰胺PACM 13,该聚酰胺透光率在90%左右.通过对透明聚酰胺进行热力学测试,测得该材料的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)为125℃,分解温度400℃以上.
