摘要：Asterisk is an open source project of soft switch developed by the Digium company in the United States of America. This paper discusses the necessity and feasibility that university libraries develop the VolP voice call system. Based on that, it analyzes the system demand, system data and logic of objects of library voice call service. At last, the paper illustrates the application of Asterisk in library network through the case study.
