Abstract:This Paper propounds on the importance of building public sports facilities. It makes a survey of the history of public sports facilities from the following aspects, namely, its historical evolution, the development of the scope and allocation of it, the perfection of its structures and the attached and supplemental equipments and mode of administration. The purpose of the above analysis is to give a generalization of its history and make a tentative prediction of the tendency of its future development.
