Abstract:Based on the theory of GIS and sports sociology and using the methods of literature,questionnaire research,GIS analysis and social statistics in this paper,the implementation status and effect of sports and fitness project in the rural area,the accurate amount,distributing characters of sports and fitness project construction in Dalian is researched by the investigation of Dalian and GIS.The main conclusions are that coverage ratio of sports and fitness project in rural area of Dalian accounts for 43.71%,and it fulfills index requirement of ＂trilateral project＂ by the end of 2009.15.04% of total town of Dalian recommended to be vacuum belt of sports and fitness project in rural area have not been constructed in Dalian.3 3.9388 million yuan is input for four years.The quantity and input of funds for this covers the most in2008,which is respectively 120 and 9.436 million yuan.
