力电冲击荷载下PZT/复合材料梁界面断裂分析

Abstract: 基于非线性有限元方法,对力电冲击荷载作用下PZT/复合材料梁界面断裂进行了研究.通过虚裂纹闭合技术计算了界面裂纹前缘的能量释放率随时间变化的响应曲线,并且采用接触单元防止PZT片和界面裂纹分层前缘的复合材料发生穿透,然后通过比较证明了该求解方法的有效性,最后通过典型算例讨论了压电效应、界面接触、电压、铺层角度和压电材料阻尼对界面动态能量释放率的影响.研究方法和结论对动态工况下PZT/复合材料界面止裂设计具有一定的参考价值.
