Abstract: The concept framework of human ecosystem theory is defined as a coherent system of biophysical and social fac-tors capable of adaptation and sustainability over time.This article studied several components of human ecosystem in Snake Island-Laotie Mountain National Nature Reserve.It discussed the performance of these components,problems between them and influences on other components in this human ecosystem.To balance and sustain the development of these compo-nents of this project and other nature reserve human ecosystems with similar background in China,it provided four sugges-tions for decision makers from the aspects of governmental measures,long-term monitoring,outsider involvement,and lo-cal residents'cooperation.
