Abstract: This paper firstly gives the rationale for choosing institutional
   transformation theory to analyze institutional transformation of
   industry ecologicalization. Next, it introduces the background,
   objective and feature of industry ecologicalization from a viewpoint of
   industry system development. Finally, it brings to light the mechanisms
   of industry ecologicalization by analyzing common knowledge regulars'
   building, path dependence of institutional evolvement, technology
   behavior diversification and cause of organization mode innovation.
