激光硬化和渗氮复合处理38CrMoAl钢组织与性能

Abstract: 采用激光硬化-离子渗氮复合工艺对38CrMoAl钢表面进行了强化处理.利用XRD、SEM、EPMA、显微硬度计和摩擦磨损试验机研究了复合处理试样的显微组织、相组成、显微硬度及耐磨性.结果表明,复合处理表面改性层主要是由α-Fe、Fe4N、Fe3N、Cr23C6、AlN及Cr2N相组成.由于激光硬化的晶粒细化作用,以及大量位错、空位等缺陷的产生,致使渗氮层的深度得到明显增加,同时Fe3N相减少,Fe4N相增多,氮化物的分布更趋均匀.与单一的激光硬化和渗氮工艺相比,复合处理工艺有效地提高了38CrMoAl钢的硬度和耐磨性能.
