Abstract: This paper presents an electronic stamp model based on anti-spam technologies. The model is composed of spam identifying model and mail receive-filtering model. It takes the mail transmission's establishment as a premise, and applies resource identification technology into it. This model realized the goal of hindering spam from the time of sending, cutting off the spam spreading way, and raising the anti spam efficiency. ? 2009 IEEE.
