Abstract: Government information resources planning is a comprehensive planning of government information resources' collection, processing, storage and transmission which consists of a set of related standards, theories, methods, laws and regulations and application composition. With the focus on government information resource planning architecture, this paper presents standard planning, data planning and security planning as the core content of government information resource planning which further improves the relevant standards, theory and methods of government information resources planning. ? 2010 IEEE.
