Abstract:The strong ground motion coherence variations with depth both in horizontal and vertical directions were studied by utilizing 303 recordings in three arrays of CSMIP, USA. A new coherence model was suggested here. The results indicated that epicenter distance and site condition may affect coherence variations with depth.
