Abstract: 本文针对68m登高平台消防车折叠臂1、2号臂变幅机构建立力学模型,确定其优化目标函数,并进行优化设计.该变幅机构不但要满足臂架运动轨迹的要求,而且其变幅液压缸在臂架变幅过程中压力峰值最小,液压缸的压力变化梯度小.该优化结果实际应用表明合理、可靠,能够满足工程实际的要求.
