Abstract:Aiming at the phenomenon that the outriggers of truck crane cannot be fully extended due to the reduction of the foundation investment or the original environmental restrictions,taking QY25Ttruck crane as an example,the calculation method of the maximum lifting capacity determined by its overturning stability in a confined space is studied.The influence of the maximum pressure of the outriggers and the nonlinear deformation of the boom on the maximum lifting capacity is considered.The results show that the maximum pressure of the outriggers limits the maximum lifting capacity,and when boom is long the biggest growth rate of overturning moment can be 20.60%due to boom nonlinear deformation.Therefore reasonable safety factor is needed.
