摘要:With the development of knowledge economy, it has been realized by the enterprises that the organizational structure transformation, implementing the team work as the basic organizational unit has become an important issue in the field of enterprise management. The purpose of this paper is to explore the mechanism of self-organized innovation and the "controlled and self-organized" management model for the team work. The first part brings forward that the theoretical basis of self-organized team work innovation is the theory of Intelligent Complex Adaptive System (ICAS). The second part is the analysis and explanation of the innovative mechanism based on ICAS theory. The third part proposes the "controlled and self-organized" management model and it's implementing strategy. Finally, the article sums up the key elements of self-organized innovation and the implementation of "controlled and self-organized" management model.
