Abstract:Since the current reinforced concrete pier construction cycle is long and of poor quality, a method for studying the durability and seismic performance of reinforced concrete piers based on FRP anticorrosion reinforcement is proposed. First, the characteristics of reinforced concrete piers were analyzed, and the mechanics of reinforced concrete materials and the plastic hinge length of reinforced concrete were calculated. Then, FRP anticorrosion reinforcement was used to calculate the limit state of durability, environmental effect, resistance of durability, reinforcement design of reinforced concrete piers, and other aspects to complete the study of seismic performance and durability of piers. The experimental results show that this method can effectively improve the durability and seismic performance of piers and prolong the durability of reinforced concrete piers by up to 20%.
