Abstract:Based on the situation of the process of energy efficiency monitoring in the domestic petrochemical industry,the energy efficiency monitoring system framework is constructed to design the energy efficiency monitoring method based on equipment. The method establishes energy efficiency calculation model for heat exchanger and pump equipment in petrochemical industry and proposes the solving method of each type of equipment in energy parameter,defines the destination of energy consumption by the real-time monitoring of energy flow consumption. The fine energy management is realized and the condition for the energy efficiency evaluation is provided.
