Abstract:以高碳合金钢 8Cr13MoV与奥氏体不锈钢 30 4(0Cr19Ni9)三层爆炸复合板为例 ,在它的热处理过程中进行了碳扩散计算 .结合这些复合材料在制造刀、剪产品中的实际应用 ,分析了在热处理过程中 ,复合板焊接界面存在的碳扩散现象 ,并验证了热处理工艺 .计算表明碳扩散计算对热处理时间的确定有一定的指导意义
