Abstract:气相爆轰法是直接利用气体或通过其他方法将纳米材料前驱体变成气体,并与可燃气体混合后引爆合成纳米材料的新方法。本文以氧气和氢气的混合气体为爆源,通过气相爆轰法合成纳米氧化钛、纳米氧化硅和纳米氧化锡,并使用XRD和TEM的测量手段对产物进行表征及分析,发现气相爆轰法所得产物均具有产物纯度高,分散性好,粒径较小且分布均匀等特点。
